Leonard Gill has over 30 years' experience in the Australian energy industry, with a focus on power generation, energy trading and risk management and energy retailing to large customers. His previous positions included; Independent Chairman of the power generation and retail business for Alinta Energy, Chief Executive Officer of TXU Australia (now TRUenergy) leading the wholesale energy division for five years, with responsibilities including power generation, gas storage and gas and electricity contracting and trading.
Mr Gill holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Peter Hendeson has over 30 years' experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Metgasco, Mr Henderson held the position of Development Manager for Premier Oil Plc, managing major offshore project developments in Indonesia and Vietnam.
Mr Henderson started his career with Esso Australia and, over an 18 year period, worked in Australia and overseas in a wide range of roles that covered mechanical, reservoir, and process engineering, economics and planning, operations, project management, technical and planning support for refinery operations, and commercial issues. He left Esso as Operations Technical Manager. Since then he has held senior management roles with companies such as Santos, Western Mining, Anzon and Nido Petroleum. His experience covers operations in Australia, Indonesia, China, the Philippines and Vietnam.
Mr Henderson holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Nick Heath has over 30 years' experience in the petroleum industry with the ExxonMobil group of companies. He was involved in the early development and commissioning of Esso's Gippsland basin oil and gas fields offshore Victoria. In 1985, he became Esso's Production Manager for the Gippsland operations at a time of peak activity and record oil production. Mr Heath subsequently became a Director of ExxonMobil Australia Pty Ltd with responsibility for Gas and Power marketing. Mr Heath has served as Chairman of the Australian Petroleum and Production Association, which awarded him the Reg Sprig Gold Medal and honorary life membership. For many years he was chairman of APPEA's Energy Policy Committee.
Gregory A Short

Greg Short is a geoscientist and manager with over 40 years experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. He retired from ExxonMobil in 2006 after a 33 year career as a geologist and in managerial roles. Greg has extensive international experience in predominantly management in Malaysia, Africa and North America and spent the last 15 years of his career in management assignments that included Exploration Manager for USA, Chad and Nigeria as well as serving seven years in Angola as Geoscience Director.
Mr Short brings valuable experience in taking start-up ventures from exploration through to development and production.
Greg is a Non-Executive Director of MEO Australia, Pryme Energy Limited and Po Valley Energy Limited.
Peter Berry has been an investment banker for approximately 25 years, specialising in energy, infrastructure and project financing, as well as in energy industry reform. He was previously the Head of Infrastructure (or equivalent) at CS First Boston, UBS and Merrill Lynch before forming the boutique advisory and asset management house Flinders Group. He is also a long term shareholder of Metgasco.
Mr Berry currently provides infrastructure advice in the superannuation industry and is a non-executive Director of ASX-listed Hansen Technologies and chairman of Victorian Clean Technology Fund. Previously, he practised as a corporate lawyer in both Melbourne and New York, and holds Degrees of Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University.
